Preparing our youth and young people to assume positions of leadership, responsibility and value in the community is part and parcel of OUR obligation. The Spotts Group offers interactive sessions for youth and young adults ages 14 to 25.

Values based decision making is a important part of critical thinking. Assisting the next generation in acquiring the skills needed to thrive into their adult years is a noble intention and a worthy cause.

The Spotts Group Offers a specially designed youth leadership program, Leadership Empowerment and Awareness Project (L.E.A.P.)

The DOORS Handbook is an interactive workbook used to conduct the LEAP program. The LEAP Program has been conducted with over 300 students in the public schools of Jefferson County KY and was funded as part of the Healthy Start Federal Initiative in Fiscal Years 1999-2000 and 2000-2001.
