Master Mentorship Training Workshops  Mentorship:  The Intentional Growth Process Personal or professional growth never occur in a vacuum. Becoming a successful mentor or mentee is the result of intelligent, purposeful action.  This workshop clarifies the difference between a life coach and a personal mentor in addition to the outlining the philosophy and method  behind the Master Mentoring process. 3-4 hour session  ($800.00) 6-8 hour session ($1,500.00) Becoming A Master Mentor: The 8 Essential Skills No one is born with the innate skill or ability to mentor another person. Mentorship is a skills based activity which requires prior mentorship and practice to develop a level of proficiency. This workshop is an in-depth examination of the 8 skills essential for successful mentorship from the Query Stage through the Evaluation Stage of the Master Mentor process. 6-8 hour session ($1,500.00)  Solution Focused Mentoring The primary intent of true mentorship is to empower the mentee to take responsiblity for their own decisions, and to equip them with the skills necessary to navigate successfully through life.  Solution focused Mentoring is a more targeted approach to mentoring and is closely aligned with personal and professional coaching.  This workshop is designed for Master Mentors who have a firm grasp of the Philosophy and Method as well as the Eight Essential Skills of Master Mentorship.  Solution Focused Mentorship occurs when the mentor takes on a more consultative role with a mentee who has begun to demonstrate the skills of a Master Mentor with others. Master Mentors will learn how to transition into this new, less engaging role with a mentee', and yet maintain a supportive presence in the mentee's life and work.     3-4 hour session  ($800.00)
