formerly known as Spotts & Associates/New Paradigms Consulting, has served various client bases over its 14 year history.  The Spotts Group began in 1993 as a leadership and personal growth & development program consultant working with students in the Jefferson County/Metro Louisville schools.  From 1993 to 1997 Spotts & Associates worked through the Family Resource and Youth Services Centers of Jefferson County Kentucky as a Master Contract Consultant.
