Garry M. Spotts, M.Div., has distinguished himself as an exceptional personal & professional development consultant through his private consulting practice, The Spotts Group Consulting, supporting professional educators, students, parents and business owners. 

Garry M. Spotts began his journey as a micro-business entrepreneur in June 1993, forming "Spotts and Associates/New Paradigms Consulting".  His consulting practice developed programming for youth, parents and educators, and leadership, church and ministry development training for various churches.

He served the  Family Resource and Youth Services Centers producing programming, which included Values Based Decision Making, Conflict Resolution, Parent Empowerment, Family Development, Self-Image Enhancement, Leadership Skills and Personal Responsibility.   He was awarded a master contract with Jefferson County Board of Education from 1994 to 1998 serving 20 to 30 schools each year impacting well over 600 students each year.  Additionally, Garry Spotts served on the professional development cadre of KASA, the Kentucky Association of School Administrators from 1995-1997.

He was awarded two Healthy Start grants in 1999 through 2001 sponsored by the U.S. Health & Human Services Agency program which was administered through the Neighborhood Places of Jefferson County.

In 2002, Garry Spotts refocused his consulting practice changing its name to The Spotts Group Consulting and began serving aspiring entrepreneurs as a business development consultant. He produced leadership and ministry development programming for churches and served as a professional development trainer for educators and non-profits.  In 2003, the Spotts Group Consulting launched Radixes Media, a website and print graphic design service to meet to emerging needs of its clients.  Radixes Media, now known as Weboniqs Media offers complementary services to the business development work which The Spotts Group provides to its clients.

The Spotts Group Consulting/Weboniqs Media, LLC continues to offer business consulting, professional development and media design services to its clients  in Kentucky, Tennessee, and Ohio.
